1. Power Parameters

2. Control Precision Parameters
 
  • Frequency Control Precision: ±0.01Hz. This high precision ensures accurate adjustment of the motor speed, which is crucial for applications that require stable speed control.
  • Voltage Control Precision: ±1% of the rated voltage. It helps maintain a stable output voltage and protect the motor from voltage fluctuations.
 
3. Protection Parameters
 
  • Overcurrent Protection: Set at about 1.2 - 1.5 times the rated current. When the current exceeds this value, the control cabinet will take protective actions, such as cutting off the power supply, to prevent damage to the motor and the control cabinet itself.
  • Overvoltage Protection: Activated when the input or output voltage exceeds a certain threshold, usually around 110% of the rated voltage, to safeguard the electrical components.
  • Undervoltage Protection: Triggers when the voltage drops below a specific level, generally around 85% of the rated voltage, to avoid abnormal operation of the motor.
  • Overheat Protection: Monitors the temperature of key components, such as the inverter module and the motor. When the temperature reaches a preset value (e.g., 130℃ - 150℃ for the motor), the control cabinet will stop working to prevent overheating damage.
  • Short Circuit Protection: Quickly responds to short circuit faults in the circuit to isolate the fault point and protect the entire system.
 
◦ Undervoltage protection action value: Generally set to 70%-85% of the rated voltage. When the power supply voltage is lower than this value, the starting cabinet will trigger the undervoltage protection to prevent the motor from being damaged due to too low voltage.
